Cadillac CTS Front REPAIR! Bodywork, Paint, Headlights, Grill & Fog Lights w Performance Upgrade!

The front end of this CTS was in rough shape when I bought it. Front license plate holes in the bumper. Cloudy headlights with condensation in them. Scraped up lower bumper. And the dreaded fake blank fog light filler panels. I went ahead and fixed and upgrading everything in this video!!!
