3/4 cup almond flour
1/8 tsp sea salt
2 tbsp erythritol, stevia, or monkfruit sweetener
3 tbsp room temp unsalted butter

Ingredients for Filling:
3/4 cup pumpkin puree
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/3 cup powdered sweetener (I use a stevia powdered sweetener)
2oz cream cheese at room temperature
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

Easiest with a blender or Nutribullet to ensure a smooth texture with the filling
Can top with whipped cream or ice cream if desired!
