Here @SkyManagement we had a commercial trash bin door from overhead door that went bad. The motor burned out after 20 years of faithful service. We called to get a replacement and Overhead Door Company quoted us a bid for over $3000. We called a few other companies that deal with installing garage door openers and got bids back around $1,600 to install.

Since we like to "do it yourself and save" we purchased this Chamberlain Heavy Duty wall mount unit from Amazon for less than $500 and installed it ourselves. It works like the commercial version that was there. It is a jackshaft operator (RJO70) (RJO 070) that works by turning the shaft instead of using a chain or belt to pull the door from a distance. It works faster, quieter, and better than the old unit and at a fraction of the cost. Save money, live better... Walmart.... er... Sky Management!
