Grand Theft Auto V's story revolves around three distinct protagonists in Los Santos: Michael De Santa, a retired bank robber living under witness protection; Franklin Clinton, a young street gangster seeking to escape his life; and Trevor Philips, a chaotic and violent drug dealer from Michael's past. The narrative kicks off when Michael's past catches up, forcing him back into crime. Their personal lives are fraught with drama, family conflicts, and loyalty tests. As their criminal exploits escalate, they face pressure from all sides, leading to betrayals and escalating tensions among themselves. The story culminates in a final, massive heist and a critical decision for Franklin, impacting the fates of all three protagonists and their enemies.
