Every year in the small city of Tarragona in the north-east of Spain, there’s a spectacular festival celebrating strength, courage and, most of all, balance. Teams of up to 1,000 men, women and children come together to create human skyscrapers that reach dizzying heights. The highlight is when the smallest child in the team climbs to the summit.
