There are 2 types of processing for I-140, the premium processing and the normal processing.

Premium Processing for some I140 petitions is a service provided by the Department of Homeland Security (USCIS) that offers 15 day processing for certain employment-based petitions and applications.

Now lets take a look at the normal processing timelines. The I-140 processing is done at 2 centers by USICS which are Nebraska and Texas.
