Caroline Girvan's Epic 3 Results and Review! The hardest 10 weeks of My Life!

I followed Caroline Girvan's 10 week Epic 3 program! It was hard and a lot of work. I came out stronger and 10lbs lighter. It was the perfect mix of workouts between strength and cardio! My mental health is also in a better place now, too! I loved it so much and can’t wait to see what she has next for us!
