The Diana Conspiracy - 2004 Channel 4 Documentary

This is the second of my three documentaries on the death of Diana, Princess of Wales. This documentary was significant as since the film for Dispatches in 1998, the French investigation into the crash had concluded and I was fortunate enough to obtain a copy of the Judicial Dossier which informed research for this documentary.

I was delighted to secure the co-operation of Jean-Claude Mules who led the French Investigation for the Brigade Criminalle who gives his first television interview about the crash here. Diana's close friend Rosa Moncton who went on holiday with her two weeks before her death also agreed to appear on camera and recount her experiences. I'm greatly indebted to them and the other interviewees.

This film was broadcast in January 2004 just as the Metropolitan Police's Operation Paget Investigation was about to commence. It reported in December 2006 and found, as I did, that there was nothing to substantiate the conspiracy allegations.
