21/02/2019 A 47-year-old grader driver has died following an underground collision at Anglo American's Moranbah North mine in central Queensland.The company says the cause of the incident is not clear and it will carry out a full investigation Anglo American confirmed that longtime mine employee Bradley Hardwick was killed in the crash. https://www.abc.net.au/news/2019-02-20/moranbah-mine-accident-fatal-anglo-american/10831060
