உடைத்து ஊற்றிய முட்டை குழம்பு | Egg Curry in Tamil | CDK #35 | Chef Deena's Kitchen

Eggs play an important role in Indian Cuisine and are used in a number of dishes. One such dish is what I cooked today - Egg Curry. Though, this recipe has coconut milk in it which makes this dish mildly spicy, however, if you wish to get more spicy flavour you can use more red chilli powder. Try it and tell your feedback.

Ingredients
முட்டை - 5
சோம்பு, பட்டை, லவங்கம், ஏலக்காய் - தேவையான அளவு
வெங்காயம் - 2
தக்காளி - 3
பச்சை மிளகாய் - 2
கறிவேப்பிலை - தேவையான அளவு
உப்பு - தேவையான அளவு
மஞ்சள் தூள் - தேவையான அளவு
கொத்தமல்லி - தேவையான அளவு
தனியா தூள் - 2 TSP
மிளகாய் தூள் - 1½ TSP
தேங்காய் பேஸ்ட் - 3 TSP
இன்ஜி பூண்டு விழுது - 1 ½ TSP
