How Amanda Barnhart Rocketed to the Top of CrossFit

In 2017, an unknown female athlete named Amanda Barnhart finished 25th in the Central Regional. In 2018, she returned to the Central Regional, won half of the events, and punched her ticket to the CrossFit Games, where she finished 15th as a rookie. In 2019, she finished 8th in the worldwide Open.
