किसी भी राज्य में अगर न्याय व्यवस्था दुरुस्त है तो वहाँ की प्रजा भी सुखी रहती है | दंडाधिकारी अपने विवेक, सही-गलत की पहचान, ऊँच-नीच, जाति-धर्म से ऊपर जाकर लोगों को न्याय देता है | उसकी एक गलती से राज्य की जनता पर विपरीत प्रभाव पड़ता है और विद्रोह के स्वर पनपने लगते हैं | न्याय की कहानी न्याय की पारदर्शिता को दिखाती है |
