All India Muslim Personal Law Board members protest against Waqf Amendment Bill at Delhi's Jantar Mantar

Delhi: Members of the All India Muslim Personal Law Board staged a protest at Delhi's Jantar Mantar against the Waqf Amendment Bill, which was attended by various political leaders. AIMIM chief and Hyderabad MP Asaduddin Owaisi also joined the protest. During the protest, the participants raised slogans against interference in the management of Waqf properties and demanded that the government withdraw the bill. Speaking on the occasion, Owaisi said that the bill is against the rights of Muslims and its passage will create more problems in the management of Waqf properties. Political leaders and religious organisations expressed deep concern over the impact of the bill and demanded that the government respect the rights of Muslims.
