In this video, I look at two different auction properties, run all the numbers and analyse the property deals with the aim of trying to secure a nice flip project or BRRR depending on strength of the numbers. You should always run your numbers when looking at an auction property and know your MAXIMUM BID - this video highlights the problem in auctions where people do not run their numbers or look through the legal pack. #propertyinvesting #propertyauction #auction

I found 2x Buyers Premium's hidden in the legal pack that were both £8000 on top of the auction purchase price. The first property sold at around a £15,000 loss after refurb & purchase costs and the second at a £4000 loss. Always know your numbers.

The market is still quite hot in 2021 with properties overselling but I hope you find this video both entertaining and useful.
