Played on the 2019 16-inch MBP configured with:
2.3GHz i9-9880H, 32GB RAM, 5600M with 8GB VRAM, 1TB SSD

Booted bootcamp from an external SSD (Samsung T7)
QuickCPU disabled turbo boost
MacsFanControl dual fan speed set to fullblast

Recorded with Windows Game Bar at 60 FPS

The Outter Worlds 1920x1200 resolution
High settings.
No throttles but the framerate is unstable probably due to the slow read speed of the external ssd or CPU bottlenecking the GPU
