The kinds of projects you should be working on are ones that highlight modern architecture—things like real-time WebSocket communication and end-to-end encryption. To really show that you’re adaptable and excited about new tools, build something interactive: maybe a public chat interface where you use Python and SentenceTransformers to fine-tune a small language model on your own hobbies and skills using a custom arbitrary data structure. Then go a step further and use an audio synthesis framework trained on your own contexted voice dataset to have the model respond out loud to recruiters interacting with it.
