Ford S-Max TDCI Alternator not Charging. Battery going Flat

This 2007 Ford S-Max 2.0 TDCI came in as the customer asked us to fit a new Ford Alternator that he supplied as the one he had on wasn't the correct one & it still wasn't charging. The video isn't about the Alternator being changed it's about what Rob found causing the non charge situation.
