The Aloft Cancun is one of the cheapest Marriott options in Mexico, and located right next to the beach in the Hotel Zone. You can easily use it as a home base and enjoy the public beaches, or hang out in the nightlife district that it exists in. However, I wouldn't recommend this hotel for guests looking for a resort-style stay. Rather, I think it's great for a one-night stay after a late arrival into Cancun to save money on your vacation!
