literally a tiny plumbing project

While I was working on the main line running to the kitchen I took the opportunity to simplify the HVAC condenser drain. The old method was for the condenser to drain into a pump on the floor that would then pump that water up and over half the basement before draining out the back wall. This seemed overly complicated when I had a perfectly good plumbing stack right next to the unit. So now it runs through 3/4" PVC pipe till it gets to the overflow pan for the water heater which is tied in now as well in case that ever needs to be drained. A simple and small project but one that makes everything a lot less complex!
