The swimming pool is located on the second floor of the hotel. It is a medium-sized pool with plenty of sunbeds. However, in the past, the hotel has faced issues with customers reserving sunbeds. Although the situation has improved and there are now more sunbeds available, it is still possible to encounter the issue.

The fitness center, located next to the swimming pool, has recently undergone a complete renovation. It features cardio machines, dumbbells up to 15kg, and a multifunctional fitness device. Overall it's a solid gym for basic training, especially in this price range.

There is also a traditional sauna available for use, although it looks dated, it was complete functional and extremely hot.

Best Beach Villa Breakfast
The breakfast costs 250 baht net and offers plenty of warm Thai food options, along with solid salad and fruit selections. It's still a solid breakfast, even though the price has gone up from the old 180 Baht Net.

Best Beach Villa conclusion
Many people have praised this hotel, and I agree that it has many great features. Its location is convenient, the rooms are of good quality, and it has a solid fitness center, swimming pool, and sauna, which is rare to find in a budget price range. The hotel and bed sheets were clean and I did not see any cockroaches. The balcony was fine, but the chairs would need to be replaced.

If the price is around 30 USD per night, I would consider this hotel to be of good value. However, for a price range of 40-45 USD per night, there are several other good options available nearby.
