The Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) has addedd sexual misconduct findings to the public register of health practitioners.
Following an uptick in patient complaints about sexual misconduct, last year all health ministers agreed to change the law so misconduct decisions would permanently appear on the record.
