Dry, itchy scalp is something a lot of us experience. I’ve personally experienced it my entire life and have been to dermatologist and hair salons plenty of times to find a cure and this has been the only thing that has helped me honestly! The great thing about scalp exfoliation is that it can help get rid of dandruff buildup but also creates a lot of blood circulation that is necessary for hair growth at the same time.

Sea salt scrub benefits:
Removes dead skin cells.
Can help prevent hair loss.
Unclogs pores by removing build up.
Can relieve irritated and itchy scalps caused by different scalp conditions.
Promotes hair growth by stimulating the scalp.

PRODUCTS:
Pink Himalayan sea salt
Apple cider vinegar
Olive oil

FYI: I also realized after the video that mixing these ingredients with you favorite shampoo would be another alternative. I’m trying it that way next time :)
