The importance of creativity in teenagers’ lives | Millie Page | TEDxYouth@WIS
In her speech Millie discusses the importance of finding a balance between creativity and the academics. Individuality and mental health are more valuable than our grades and we should not seek social acceptance or academic success if we find it uncomfortable to do so. Through anecdotes, Millie introduces the audience to her own experiences and how she has been able to overcome times of hardship. This ted talk is about the importance of creativity in students and teenagers and how it can help them in their future careers. As a very creative student myself, this is something very important to me. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community.
