Using things I already had on hand and a small curbside pickup plant order from our local greenhouse, I gave our front porch a makeover for Spring. I made some shade-loving planters, painted our door a new colour, and made the perfect whipped coffee to enjoy on our porch this Spring!

As requested on Instagram: my real espresso whipped coffee recipe for coffee snobs like me! 🤣 Swipe for deliciousness. Whipped / Dalgona coffee is a huge trend right now, but I'm not a fan of instant coffee or 2 Tbsp of sugar in my drink. This version is less sweet and uses a double shot of REAL, delicious espresso. Here's how to make it:

❤️ Pull a double shot of espresso (I have a Breville espresso machine and it's my BFF at the moment)
❤️ Put the espresso and 2-3 tsp of your favourite granulated sweetener (I used granulated monk fruit) in a bowl
❤️ Whip it until stiff peaks form and it's a caramel colour (I use a handheld electric mixer; It might take about 3-5 mins)
❤️ Spoon your whipped coffee over your favourite milk on ice
