Autism Assessment for a 3 Year Old Girl| ADOS Evaluation

Today Tessie, our autistic 3 year old, was due for our yearly ADOS which is required by our insurance in order for her to keep her autism related therapy benefits like speech and occupational therapy. So off we went and as always she had fun bouncing off the chairs and drinking apple juice and playing bubbles until her diagnosis had been reconfirmed yet again. And today I also talk about what the process of going through the assessment is like for anyone who has an upcoming evaluation who is wondering about it.

Welcome to Someday I'll Sleep Autism Vlogs! We talk a lot about autism around here because as a family with three kids on the autism spectrum we believe that autism acceptance is extremely important.
