3018 CNC - Major upgrades (working range, spindle, spoil board, precision) - aluminum dry cut test

In this video, I showed the process of major upgrading my 3018 CNC. This upgrade included many other upgrades:
- Spindle (52mm or 55mm diameter motors)
- Spoil (waste) board
- Z axis range (45mm to 85mm)

- Y axis range (180mm to 195mm)
- Eliminate the loose gap on all axis to improve the milling precision

At the end of the video, I did a aluminum cut test using the new spindle. This time, I only used air to blast away the chips instead of using water mist. It worked very well without creating a mess. The aluminum cutting is better compare to the original spindle but is still at the "possible level". There are still vibrations sometimes, this due mostly to the rails on all axis are not fully supported type.Here's the link to buy all the parts for this upgrades:
