Crazy neighbor going off about parking ticket

Ok so this is what I have to deal with , I moved in this house with my husband a year ago, we obviously dont hang out with these people, we dont even know who she is, we dont even know her name.

this is not the first time she does this kind of stuff, I have contacted the police and I understand that nothing can be done unless theres a physical , or violence act.

However she has threatened me a few times before , and you can clearly see that she wants to beat me up,

I have never been in a fight, because I am a civilized person and I dont solve my problems with violence. She on the contrary thinks all her problems are our fault, becasue why not blame the neighbors when you get a parking ticket, LOL.

As soon as my husband and I got home, (not even home yet) and OUT OF OUR CAR, I PULLED OUT MY PHONE , she comes behind yelling , I turned around and ask her very politely: "Arent you embarrased of the way you talk in front of your children?" She responds: "I dont give a F**k"

I immediately started recording, sorry about my french but understand I was so frustrated and so mad , I couldnt keep quiet, also... sorry I said she looked like a maid ,nothing against, in fact,, 2 years ago me and my friends applied for a housekeeping job for the summer, it was actually a fun job, and I learned A LOT!

This is what the police told us to do; take pictures, get video, have everything documented.

We IMMEDIATELY put up security cameras outside of the house.
I just dont want to deal with this anymore, its horrible.
