How to: Change auxiliary belt & pulleys, Ford Duratec HE (Mondeo Mk3) & Mazda LF

Replacing the accessory belt and the commonly failing idler and automatic tensioner on a Duratec HE. This car is a Mondeo Mk3 but the engine and pulley layout is similar or identical in other cars that use the same engine, including the Focus and some Mazdas and Volvos.
