How To Return A Defective Monitor

Follow these instructions to package and return a defective monitor at no cost to you.

To ensure warranty coverage on your replacement monitor, return the defective monitor within ten business days. If we do not receive the defective monitor within this time frame, the warranty coverage for your replacement monitor may become invalid.

If you received a Fed Ex shipping label: Drop off the defective monitor at any Fed Ex shipping location or visit https://www.fedex.com/grd/rpp/ShowRPP.do to schedule a pickup.

If you received a UPS shipping label: Drop off the defective monitor at any UPS shipping location or visit https://www.ups.com to schedule a pickup.
