🚫AI MUSIC IS NOT HUMAN ART🚫

I’m not fuckin w the state of music today, and AI is a huge part of it. I’m not down with calling music, my ART, “product” … Now dont me wrong, I feel it’s nuance to this conversation. I use technologies that have never been available in human history. Sometimes I quantize my drums, I’ve pitch shifted my vocals to sound like a demon, I’ve used samples… but this is where I have to draw a line! If U just havin computers come up with ur ideas, WHAT ARE YOU MAKING?!?! Just the other day the damn CEO OF THE GRAMMIES said that every single song writing session he has walked into in the last year plus has been using AI. REALLY?! It wouldn’t surprise me if every single album or song on the billboard charts was created using the input from AI. Am I the only one that not?! The FUCK going on? In my record GOOD TIME BOY I used absolutely ZERO. Let me say that again, ZERO AI. I’ve never opened one fuckin ai app in the making of my record. Truthfully, ive never used chat GPT. Another reason why AI music is the weakest shit ever- it takes money DIRECTLY from real humans. In these streaming platforms, isn’t a “one play, u get this money” every payment is takin from a POOL of money, and these fake songs are taking money DIRECTLY out of real artist pockets!
