This model offers the benefits of ceramic infrared across the entire grill surface - fuel efficiency, quick preheat times and even heat distribution. Lynx Infrared Trident burners have an innovative variable temperature design, allowing them to not only reach 1,000 degrees for searing temps - these infrared burners can be set to a low of 300F.
