5 years of the Think Tank Lab: Building Skills, Community, and Impact in the Think Tank Sector

The Think Tank Lab was founded in 2021 with the goal of advancing and professionalizing the German think tank landscape—and creating space for new ideas and ways of working.
Since then, we’ve built a community of researchers and think tank professionals who are willing to challenge established practices, exchange ideas openly, and learn from one another. We couldn’t be prouder of what this community has become.

To mark the occasion, we asked community members, partners, and friends what makes the Think Tank Lab special to them and how it has impacted their work. Their responses became this birthday video, which captures much of what the Think Tank Lab is all about.
