Create a Chunk Claiming Plugin in Minecraft (Visual Bukkit Tutorial) | Ep. 10

Welcome to Episode 10 of the Visual Bukkit Chunk Claiming Plugin series!

In this episode, we implement the /claim abandon command — allowing a claim owner to completely delete their claim.

Here’s what we built:

✔ Verify the command sender is the claim owner
✔ Delete the entire claim region
✔ Remove all associated chunks
✔ Reset the player's claim section in the config.yml
✔ Restore the land back to an unclaimed state

This command finalizes the full claim lifecycle:

• Create a claim
• Invite players
• Join a claim
• Remove members
• Protect chunks
• Abandon the claim entirely

By the end of this episode, your chunk claiming plugin now supports full ownership control and proper data cleanup — just like professional SMP land protection plugins.
