Paweł Lekki - How to sell your game 10 years after the release date
This talk will analyze the most effective techniques of increasing revenue for a game that is already available on the market. It will go in-depth on various sale types on digital storefronts on multiple platforms, physical box distribution, DLC, soundtracks, bundles, the effectiveness of various PR activities and the ways of scheduling them throughout the year. Learn what is important to sign a physical box distribution deal and how to use your older titles to effectively promote your upcoming game.

I've been managing all of EXOR Studios' product launches for over 12 years and released products on PC (Steam, Windows Store, physical retail editions and multiple other niche publishing solutions), Xbox 360, Xbox One, PS3, PS4, Ouya, Mobile. I've also previously worked at Gamelion where I was a producer on multiple large projects including FIFA 07 (Symbian), FIFA 08 (Symbian + N-Gage), Sims 2 Pets (Symbian, N-Gage, Brew), Puzzle Bobble(J2ME) and others. Even before starting my professional career I worked on Half-Life mods and levels for other games. Combining all of this experience I've been launching products for 18 years since 2000. I'd be happy to help other indie developers with self-publishing advice whether they are heading to Steam or console platforms. I also have extensive knowledge of QA and Continuous Integration. This technology is the cornerstone of EXOR Studios' success, and enables us to release games on multiple platforms simultaneously.
