Largest Inverter Generator Run Time Test, Westinghouse iGen4500, Largest Fuel Tank=Longest Runtime?

The Westinghouse iGen4500 is the largest inverter generator we have tested to date. This is also the largest fuel tank. Does this mean we will get the best generator fuel consumption (full post: http://www.generatorpowersource.com/generator-fuel-consumption/)

The Westinghouse almost lasted as long as the manufacturer suggest. However, most generator manufacturers quote decibel and run time stats based on 1/4 load. We put the generator through much more as we were living in our travel trailer throughout the test. Because of this, we were running the 15K BTU AC, Hot Water Heater, Microwave, Electric Fireplace, and all of our electronic gadgets like computers/monitors.

The push button start offered on the iGen4500 meant that I could fire the generator up first thing in the morning (as outlined in video) and then run the generator throughout the day.
