Installing ROS and MAVROS on Raspberry Pi4 with Ubuntu Server 18.04.4 LTS

I wanted to share the process I went through to install ROS and MAVROS on Raspberry Pi 4 with Ubuntu server. Here is the installation gist I created for the project:
