Wish Ball Detroit - Young Baby D performance (wish kid Rodney)

At our Wish Ball Detroit, our entertainment throughout the evening was highlighted by our wish alums. Wish kid Rodney aka 'Young Baby D' had a talent for rapping and delighted the crowd by rapping along with his YouTube video, closing out the program. Rodney has a blood disorder, has beaten cancer and continues to thrive following his wish to Walt Disney World® Resort.
For us #BlackHistoryMonth means celebrating the strength and resilience of our wish kids and the philanthropy from our community partners who strive to make the world a better place. Because it is only through our mosaic of different cultures, perspectives and experiences that we can grant life-changing wishes to EVERY eligible child.
