We visited Kitchen Garden in Falkenberg (https://thekitchengarden.se/) and Knystaforsen in Rydöbruk (https://www.instagram.com/knystaforsen/ or https://knystaforsen.se/) where the food is cooked over open fire. I love discovering gems like these in Halland, I had no idea they existed!
