My start made expansion a bit tricky... [Civ 6 Mongolia Ep.4]

Turns out being surrounded by mountains is not great when you're trying to expand.
Playing Kublai Khan of Mongolia, Deity difficulty, Steppe map (from Alternate Cartography mod, you can find it on the mod list below), standard size map, standard game speed.
