Carlton Marshes from the air - Share Marsh, May vs September 2019
Suffolk Wildlife Trust has been converting arable fields into to a wetland wildlife haven by creating a network of dykes, pools, marshes and reedbeds. John Lord has been flying over the reserve regularly to document the changes. The reserve will support a vast range of wetland wildlife including marsh harrier, bittern, spoonbill, lapwing and redshank as well as water voles, otters, wetland plants and flying insects.
