Top 5 Workouts for Lazy People

The idea of these workouts is that they are super simple to follow, fun and interactive. Nobody wants to do a plank or pushups when they are unmotivated but if the exercises are structured in the right way then it all become a lot more digestible.

We arent here to break records, we just want to do fun little workouts which remind us of the importance of working out.
