Rocket Lab's 20th Launch Spins Out Of Control After Successful Booster Flight

Rocket Lab last night suffered an unexpected failure when the second stage of their Electron rocket spun out of control after the second stage engine appears to have pointed far off axis. It's not clear why this happened, but the payload has been lost as a result.
This launch was also intended to demonstrate booster recovery and the last messages from Rocket Lab indicated that it soft landed in the ocean and recovery operations proceeding. I hope we find out more about this soon and Rocket Lab get back to launching their immensely cool Electron rocket.
