Kim Kardashian and Kourtney Kardashian are still going at it in the new season of "The Kardashians." The hit Hulu reality show returned for Season 4 on Thursday, and it got straight to the drama. The episode kicks off by showing a fight Kourtney and Kim had over the phone while they were discussing their Dolce and Gabbana drama that played out in Season 3. During the heated conversation, Kourtney called Kim "egotistical," "selfish" and a "narcissist." But the SKIMS founder doubled down by claiming Kourtney's children have come to her with concerns over her mom's happiness. But, that isn't all that happened during the premiere. Khloé Kardashian gave an update on where she stands with Tristan Thompson. Kendall Jenner, who is now dating Bad Bunny, got candid about being single.
