5 Min Quick Inner Thigh Burn- Follow Along Workout for Beautiful Toned Legs

This workout specifically targets the inner thighs and all around the legs with no equipment needed. However, feel free to add weights/ bands to increase the intensity.
You cannot JUST lose the inner thigh fat. You have to lose your body's overall fat percentage to see fat loss in the inner thighs. Leg muscles require a good stretch after a workout in order to get elongated, lean legs.
