Welcome to SwiftHost, a Multilingual Agentic AI Concierge and comprehensive hotel service management platform. This project combines an AI-powered chatbot with efficient staff workflow management, automated ticketing, and real-time SLA tracking.

• Smart Ticketing system with automated ticket creation, routing, and assignment managed through n8n workflows.
• Fully documented RESTful API design utilizing OpenAPI 3.0 (Swagger).
• Configurable SLA Policies to automatically track and enforce service response and resolution times.

• Agentic AI chatbot equipped with a specialized RAG system for accurate, context-aware hotel information retrieval.
• Multi-channel support enabling seamless guest communication directly via Telegram, WhatsApp, and Web widgets.
• Intelligent conversation handoff transitioning chats smoothly from the AI agent to human staff members.
• QR Code Room Linking allowing guests to scan tokens to automatically connect their conversations to a specific room.
