20 min No Jumping Full Body Workout - No Repeat | Serious Follow Along Home Workout
This 20 min No Jumping Full Body Workout is a no repeat beginner workout as well as a no equipment full body workout. We will have two blocks of no jumping exercises. Each block will have 10 different exercises so you can be sure there will be no repeat. We will perform each exercise for 50 secs followed by 10 secs rest.
