$800 BUDGET 1.8T VW PASSAT B5 Makes Insane TURBO NOISES!!

My 15yr old son is waiting for his license. So where getting his car ready. Its a 1.8t Motor with a turbo. Naturally a down pipe and full exhaust are in order! He bought all the parts himself and i am showing how to install them. Also!! The Youtube Channel Decimal Tenths has decided they are going to help us out with a custom tune for the engine.
