The colleague you helped.
The document you improved.
The extra initiative you took.

Managers are busy. Even great managers.

If you don’t communicate your impact clearly and consistently, it’s easy to stay invisible — even when you’re doing strong work.

Visibility at work isn’t bragging.
It’s intentional career strategy.
