Application Tokens & mTLS Certificates in OneEntry: Securing Your API Access

In this video, you’ll learn how to protect your API in OneEntry using either application tokens or mTLS certificates, depending on the level of security required by your project.

🛡 Two authentication methods available:
1. Token-based access – simple and secure (enabled by default)
2. mTLS (mutual TLS) certificate – enterprise-grade authentication with client certificate validation

⚙️ How to manage authentication in OneEntry:
• Switch between token and mTLS in Dashboard Settings
• Go to:
– Application Tokens tab (for token setup)
– Application Certificates tab (for mTLS)

🧾 Steps to create credentials:

✅ Token
• Enter token name
• Set expiration date
• View and copy token to clipboard securely

✅ mTLS Certificate
• Enter your application name
• Click Create
• Download a secure archive containing your certificate bundle
