How I Buy Real Estate Options and Sell Them
If you've ever wondered how to buy and sell real estate options, this is the video to watch. In this video, I teach you some of the tips and tricks I've used and give an overall understanding of how real estate options work.
I think buying and selling RE options is one of the fastest ways to make tens of thousands of dollars in a relatively short period of time. The hardest part is finding people willing to sell their properties under an option contract. The most common I've found are lease options, but I have never bought a property under a lease option. Instead, I buy options and sell the option to someone else. If you have any questions, feel free to ask below.

Remember to consult a lawyer in your state regarding the legality of options. It may be a 15-30 minute meeting, but worth the couple hundred dollars you'll spend for the time.
